Adnan is a Transfer Pricing (TP) and International Tax specialist with 16+ years of experience from Big 4 firms in New Zealand and Singapore and extensive in-house experience with large European MNCs where he led the APAC regional TP practice.

Since 2021, Adnan has been based in New Zealand where he leads a boutique TP firm and advises MNCs in Asia Pacific. Previously, Adnan was based in Singapore where he worked as advisor in Big-4 firms and in-house specialist in MNCs. Adnan’s experience includes large scale Value Chain Transformation projects for MNCs as well as managing all aspects of TP including TP compliance, TP planning, implementation of TP policies, managing audits & dispute resolutions, APAs, BEPS implementation, operational TP, incentive negotiations and training.

He is the former Asia President and current Transfer Pricing Committee leader of Tax Executives Institute (TEI) Asia Chapter and is a frequent speaker on regional and Global Tax and TP conferences.
